Meet The Team

I have achieved some great things in my life but being co-owner of Entry Group with Ben, Sales Director is one of my proudest achievements to date. Working closely with my brothers, 2 of which are roadcrew, is something that gives me the daily drive and passion to succeed and has led the company to become a reputable business in the Southwest region.

Now close to our 10th year in business I'm excited to enter a new chapter with the opening of multiple depots, this allowing us to be more responsive to our client’s needs whilst keeping the costs competitive.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and three children, keeping fit and leading an active lifestyle.

I am the co-founder of Entry Group formed in 2014. Starting the business with Chris- Technical Director having both needing new challenges in our careers. I started my journey as roadcrew, then into planning as the business grew. My current day-to-day role sees me responsible for all purchases made as well as overseeing all other aspects of running the business.

I am very much looking forward to seeing Entry Group expand into other areas of the Southwest. The future is looking very bright, and I look forward to this exciting venture with the team.

In my own time, I keep active at the gym and play for a local football team. I also enjoy days out with my wife and 3 boys.

Starting my career off in sales for a national newspaper and then moving into Administration following having children has given me the skills to understand the background of a business. As my children grew, I needed a new challenge so embarked on gaining an understanding of finance.

Starting my journey with Entry Group in 2016 initially for 1 day a week, I quickly realised this was not a part time position. Fast forward 6 years, I am now the full time Finance Director and excited for the future and growth of Entry Group. With our 10th Birthday coming up, a second branch would be a great achievement and a testament to the dedication of the team in growing the business.

In my own time, I enjoy walking with the personal goal of completing the 3-peak challenge. I also enjoy keeping active in the gym and walking my dogs.

I have been in this industry for some 18 years from engineers’ mate to my current position now. I joined Entry Group as a General Manager in September 2021 and was asked to become the Operations Director in April 2022 which I readily agreed to. I feel immensely proud of Entry Group’s achievements and am excited to bring my own style of customer focused delivery to our business and have a strong desire to open our 2nd Depot in 2023. I feel we have a great team here and myself and the other directors have a firm belief in what we do and wish to deliver a first-rate service to our clientele and to always look to grow our client base. My approach to business is simple – if our customers are happy, if our work force are happy than both will stay with us and will not wish to look elsewhere.

I am a family man with a very close family who I spend a lot of time around. I open water swim most mornings regardless of temperature and climate, this tends to set me up for the day ahead.

I started with Entry Group early 2019 as a Fitters Mate. I learnt a lot on the road and when asked later on in the year to join the office as a planner I eagerly accepted. The planning role quickly grew as the business got busy and I am now the Senior Planning Supervisor for all engineers and mates.

In my own time, I play for a local football team. I am also the coach and secretary of a Youth football team for the local community.

I am a Surveyor/Estimator at Entry Group. I first got into the industry back in 2007 as a trainee rollershutter engineer, since then I progressed onto a senior engineer role. In early 2022 I moved away from the tools and took on my new position as a Surveyor/Estimator. My role is to attend sites and carry out site surveys and then provide customer quotations.

Away from work I enjoy playing Golf and watching Football by supporting my local team Exeter City FC. I am also part of the coaching team for my 8-year-old daughters all girl football team.

I have been in the customer service industry for 7+ years trying to provide the best quality care and attention to a range of clients. I’m very much results and customer satisfaction driven and have strived to hone my skills throughout my time in the industry.

My time working on the tools in the door trade has very much helped me with understanding the real issues faced by our engineers and help me to fully understand and relay this information to clients when liaising daily.

Outside of work both me and my partners time is spent fussing our dog who loves the attention and her walks on the beach.

I joined Entry Group back in 2021 as a Customer Relations and Service Adviser, I progressed quickly and my role changed to Contracts Manager. I now look after all of Entry’s key account customers and make sure that all their needs are met by providing the best and most efficient service.

I have previous experience and a degree in marketing and design. Along with looking after key account customers, I also look after Entry’s marketing and design needs.

I am the administrator for Entry Group, I started with the company in March 2022.

I have been an administrator for nearly 15 years so have a wealth of knowledge. My role within Entry Group is to help with the day-to-day running’s for the business needs which includes all staff, training, vehicles and building maintenance.

In my own time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, dog walks & going to the gym.

I have worked in accounts for around 4 years, but I only started with Entry Group in November 2022. Having previously worked in automotive retail, I’m excited to start applying my knowledge to a completely new industry and look forward to seeing what unique challenges are brought to the role.

Outside of work, I’m rarely found without my headphones, whether I’m listening to tunes or creating them. I’ve always been a huge fan of music, whatever the genre, I’m not fussy!
