Loading Bay

Tailored loading technology and equipment

Loading Technology is a vital part of any businesses day to day operation. Entry Group have a wide range of tailored loading technology / equipment that helps you take the hassle out, giving you all the tools and structure that you need to be able to load and unload with ease.

Our loading bay dock leveller installations speed up loading and unloading

It is essential to make sure your loading bay and loading bay equipment is functional at all times. Entry Group are perfectly positioned to support your loading bays and industrial doors 24/7 hours to ensure that your assets are always operational and not cause any disturbance to your business. A proactive maintenance approach enables our highly skilled team to diagnose your loading bay problems before they become operational issues.

Types of Loading Bay Equipment

Dock Bumpers

A dock bumper prevents your building and vehicles from getting damaged. Dock bumpers fasten to the building wall either side of the dock leveller. Entry Group offer an extensive range of rubber dock buffers, nylon dock buffers, protection plates and associated dock plates.

Wheel Guides

Wheel Guides are situated in front of the loading bay to improve the safety and ensure centralisation onto the dock door. This can extend the lifespan of your dock shelters quite considerably.

Dock Levellers

A dock leveller bridges the gap between a docked vehicle and the loading bay to ensure smooth and safe loading and unloading and can help reduce health and safety risks to your team.

Traffic Lights

The loading bay traffic light plays a vital role in preventing accidental driving during the loading and unloading process. The light is interlocked to the loading bay door so it illuminates green when the door is closed and red when the door is open.
